Having reinvented myself multiple times across countries, industries, and roles, I understand the excitement and uncertainty that comes with creating something new.

Coaching.

Whether someone is building a business, changing careers, launching a project, or reimagining how they want to live and work, I help them find direction, make a plan and move forward with confidence. I’ve completed 18 months professional training with the The Coaching Academy (Life Coaching Diploma - accredited by the Association of Coaching) to formalise my skills.

Mentoring.

I often work with people looking to take their first or next steps in their careers. As well as providing a senior steer to those working in marketing and business development in SMEs and start-ups. Based on my studio director and innovation experience, I also mentor creatives and innovators across all disciplines. I help to drive direction and action as well as facilitate connections where I can. This can provide a cost-effective method of injecting senior strategic vision into a business while developing the outlook of junior members of staff.
