25+ years in marketing, business & product development

In my career I have contributed to the growth of more than 250 organisations.

I’ve won, managed and delivered for clients for some of the top global marketing agencies - such as M&C Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Arc Worldwide and RPM.

I have also worked for boutique agencies, set up a network of Anywhere working freelancers, called Anywhere Agency and flown solo as an independent consultant and business.

My agency life set me up for having a portfolio career, and for the last decade, I have largely worked for myself.

I’ve worked with global corporates, central government and large stakeholder charities, as well as start-ups, SMEs and sole traders.

On one hand I’ve juggled several multi-million pound budgets concurrently and on the other I have started from a blank piece of paper with less than nothing. I’ve seen businesses grow to be the best in their class, and also to fail, and why they failed, which I consider equally as important experience.

I am as comfortable in the boardroom as I am taking a hands on approach with practical skills to get things done.

Work I have led has been recognised for awards in sustainability, tourism, attractions, retail, food, FMCG, experiential, events, technology and innovation.

Along the way I have also stopped to particularly invest in a few businesses. For example, I was a rainmaker director in growing one business from scratch into the largest provider in the UK, and another which grew to open in 17 countries worldwide.
